Features
1. Ultra-high flexibility

5. Self-healing
After cracks, breakages, or punctures occur at the junction of the polymer liquid rubber waterproof layer and the base surface, the film layer will creep toward the cracks or holes to eliminate the internal stress of the film layer at the holes and block the defects , Prevent the passage of water, prevent the phenomenon of "water channeling", and improve the reliability of waterproofing.
6. Anti-channeling water
The prevention of water channeling needs to be solved by full adhesion. Due to the uneven microstructure of the construction base surface, the bonding material of ordinary waterproofing membrane construction can only stick to the protruding parts of the base surface. Product construction technology
Basic level requirements
1. The cement mortar leveling layer should be solid and smooth, and there should be no looseness, sanding, and peeling.
2. Pipes, embedded parts, equipment foundations, reserved openings, etc. that penetrate the waterproof layer should be buried and installed firmly before the waterproof layer construction.
3. The corners protruding from the base layer should be painted into an arc, and the arc radius should be 50mm.
4. The base layer should be clean, free of floating dust, oil stains and debris.
5. The base layer may be damp, but there must be no clear water.
6. The drainage slope of the base should meet the design requirements.

Construction process
1. Process flow: basic level acceptance-cleaning up the basic level-detail protection-additional layer of detailed structure-large area spraying-quality inspection-quality acceptance (water spray test)-protective layer construction.
2. The additional layer of detailed structure is applied by brushing method, and the carcass reinforcement material should be sandwiched in the middle of the coating, and the pavement should be firm and sticky, without hollowing or warping.
3. Large area spraying high elastic rubber waterproof coating should meet the following requirements:
A. Large-area spraying should be carried out after the base layer meets the construction requirements.
B. Spraying high-elastic rubber waterproof coating should be sprayed evenly and uniformly in thickness. The distance from the spray gun to the spraying base should be 600-800mm, and the 2mm thick coating can be sprayed in a crisscross pattern for 4-5 times.
C. The following requirements should be met when spraying the carcass reinforcement material in the high-elastic rubber waterproof layer:
The paving of the carcass reinforcement material should be carried out after the coating film of the underlying high-elastic rubber waterproof coating is cured.
The thickness of the bottom high-elastic rubber waterproof coating film should not be less than 0.5mm.
The paving of the carcass reinforcement material should be straight, smooth and free of wrinkles. Apply high-elastic rubber waterproof coating on the overlapped area by rolling.
The lap width of the long side of the carcass reinforcement material shall not be less than 50mm, and the lap width of the short side shall not be less than 70mm. The lap joint shall be coated with a thick-build high-elastic rubber waterproof coating, and the lap joint shall be adhered and sealed firmly.
When spraying the high-elastic rubber waterproof coating on the carcass reinforcement material, there should be no defects such as hollow drum, open mouth, and the thickness should not be less than 1.0mm.
4. After spraying high elastic rubber waterproof coating on a large area, quality inspection should be carried out. Check the detailed structure, spray quality, coating thickness, apparent quality, etc., and repair defects in time. Large-area repairs should be sprayed, and detailed structures and small-area repairs should be painted with high-elastic rubber waterproof paint (Type Ⅲ).

Precautions
1. The construction is divided into spraying method, brushing method and scraping method. Spraying method should be used for large-area construction, brushing method should be used to strengthen the treatment of pipe roots, water drop, parapet and other details. The repair of cracks and the construction of parts that are not easy to spray should be scraped.
2. The construction environment temperature of high elastic rubber waterproof coating is 5℃-35℃. No construction is allowed on rainy days, snowy days, and winds above level 5.
